Set config_shutdownBatteryTemperature to 68C given Shamu HW capability The hardware is capable of operating safely to +70C. We would like to raise the power down temperature threshold to +68C (to allow for measurement error across all units). Additionally this change from 60C to 68C will allow additional usage time when operating in a hot ambient environment during heavy AP loading. Change-Id: I080c884894eef4a7a47feed6ed387061cae12785
