QCamera2: Increase number of buffers for a stream Currently HAL doesn't have the capability of unregistering buffers on the fly. As a temporary measure, increase the upper limit. Bug: 17991622 Change-Id: I017ed62d4d5e61752e32c17ac84987e316ff402a
