hikey960: Update the hikey960 4.19 prebuilt kernel Updates the hikey960 prebuilt 4.19 kernel to objects from: https://ci.android.com/builds/submitted/8172083/kernel_hikey960/latest This should resolve the boot issue caused by the DM_KEY_DEFAULT config option not being enabled in the current prebuilt kernel.
