MdeModulePkg MemoryProfile: Add ASSERTs to make sure pointers are not NULL

Code logic ensures that both pointers 'DriverInfoData' and 'AllocInfoData'
will not be NULL when they are used.

Add ASSERTs as warning for cases that will not happen.
