mako: adjust first brightness range's max value Bug 7128723 The light sensor can report below 10 in dim and even well-lit rooms. In those situations, the first brightness setting is too dim. Reduce the first range's max value from 10 to 1, so that the screen is brighter at any sign of light. Change-Id: Ied5a2f76bd20090880f664af2976144eb7aeb8d6
