The changes below reflect yet another forced push.  The difference with the
previous kernel below.  This one cleans up the sequence of commits "864ba84
wcnss: Add support for nv bin download at coldboot" and "2101239 Revert "wcnss:
Add support for nv bin download at coldboot"  The latter commit is not a proper
reinstatement of the driver, but contains a change that fixes b/8409439.  The
forced push eliminates this confusing sequence, and replaces it with a proper
revert of "wcnss: Add support for nv bin download at coldboot", followed by
"bf80b94 wcnss: clk_prepare_enable before wcnss_cold_boot_done".
