Make time daemon a mlstrustedsubject.
Addresses denials such as:
avc: denied { connectto } for pid=3643 comm="omm.timeservice" path=0074696D655F67656E6F6666 scontext=u:r:platform_app:s0:c512,c768 tcontext=u:r:time:s0 tclass=unix_stream_socket
