Any\nincoming stream callbacks that manage to execute during the\nwindow between \u0027mDataQ\u0027 flush and \u0027flushFreeBatchBufQ\u0027 will modify\nthe \u0027mBufsStaged\u0027 counter without the knowledge of the top\n\u0027QCamera3HardwareInterface\u0027 instance.
