Update audiocontrol package in car phone builds.
device/google/gs101/device_framework_matrix_product.xml recently updated
to FCM version 6, as the device will be shipping with S, and the
hidl-based AudioControl hal was deprecated in version 6, which broke the
raven_car build. The other car phone builds work with the updated
package, so this change will update all car phone devices.
