Modify GXP coredump naming signature

Currently its "coredump_gxp_platform*" & "crashinfo_gxp_platform*"
Update it to "coredump_gxp_*" & "crashinfo_gxp_*" to incorporate both
Amalthea and Callisto dumps.

Its a modification over CL ag/16787185.

Test: adb root; adb remount -R; adb bugreport
