Reapply "Remove some ramdisk module definitions handled by Cuttle..."

Reapplying Cuttlefish/Trout changes only as the changes to goldfish
caused some issues and the entire topic was reverted.

This reverts commit 6aa0121ba04f190644c602cd00adfbbc4fd47fc7.
