Set TARGET_ENABLE_DRMHWCOMPOSER to false This flag was not used anymore because Cuttlefish upstream had removed the ability to select DRMHWC instead of Ranchu Since this flag is coming back upstream of us, set it to false for trout as to avoid an involuntary switch back to drm Bug: 246500971 Test: build and boot Change-Id: I2564ff9241e91dfdd4c2ceca75a1112a3d3e2c60
