Amend trout configuration to enable boot on Android T
This patch changes the Android 12 QPR3 configuration for the trout target
in order to support booting trout against COQOS 2.7.2 hypervisor release
on Android 13 QPR1
Test: flash and boot; Android boots up to UI
albeit with stability issues
