Minor tweaks to AGL build script This CL uses an absolute path for the AGL server checkout to aid in debugging, and it makes it so repo does not quiz the user for their name and email when run from an interactive terminal Bug: None Test: invoke tool & build Change-Id: Ic73240af76c63f773c45e70181c87992c6e515b6
