Config for sunfish camera cutout

NB: This has not been tested on a device and is tweaked from the redfin
config so it is likely somewhat wrong. But it should put sunfish into a
better state than it was and give a starting point.

This CL implemets support only for the display cutout, and ignores some
of the software rounded corners becuase we don't yet have a curve.
Therefore I don't expect the NGA (assistant) handles on the bottom of
the screen to be positioned exactly correctly.
