Move the contexts settings of "/sys/class/video4linux" from file_contexts to genfs_contexts Because sometimes hal_graphics_composer_default would like to read /sys/class/video4linux before the restorecon of /sys/class/video4linux, now move the context settings to genfs_contexts to avoid this problem.
