Update sepolicy rules for init-insmod-sh 1. Move the rules related to debug nodes to userdebug macro 2. init-insmod-sh would like to access kernel command line Suppress the denial log because currently we do not need it Test: Push selinux modules, and check the denials are gone Bug: 143475560 Change-Id: If0f778bee1a6b0896a16fdd75b5a21a96bff3e54
