genfs_contests: add the node "charge_disable" into sysfs_batteryinfo. Magcc service in sensors-hal will access "/devices/platform/soc/soc:google,charger/charge_disable" Changing its type from "sysfs" to "sysfs_batteryinfo". Bug: 157622334 Test: a_sns_test -s2 sample and check logcat and sepolicy logs. Change-Id: I4cf0db1fcb8cb4c9d86b00edbdc5420730d02799
