device: DragonKeyboardFirmwareUpdater: Move this package to vendor/google/apps This removes the DragonKeyboardFirmwareUpdater package. Moving the package from device/google/dragon to vendor/google/apps resolves the PDK build failure caused by the inclusion of unpresented internal sources.
