  "message": "Added default permissions into the image.\n\nCuttlefish devices do not include default app permissions, whilst on\nreal devices they grant necessary permissions to services i.e.\nPixelmigrate. Inability of Pixelmigrate to successfully execute prevents\nus from testing setup flows.\n\nTo behave similar to physical devices Cuttlefish should also provide\ndefault permissions.
