Fix device permissions - Alpha-sort some configs that were improperly sorted. - Install files to the same name as their base, where possible. - Remove duplication with the hardware 'base' xml files, and copy the definitions into the right auto/car/phone directories as appropriate. - Enable sip.voip, ipsec_tunnels and verified_boot software features. - Remove print, microphone and voice_recognizers because we do not have audio input support working yet, and printing is broken.
