Send logcat over serial port instead of vsocket This eliminates the need of an extra service in the guest and allows the logcat command to run as logd:log which simplifies the security policy. Bug: 132911257 Test: run locally Change-Id: I1f940f0066ab0a242bdcebefece0af99a301a41a
