  "message": "Make Cuttlefish fully compatible with 2021 CTS SIMs.\n\nAdd new CTS UICC certificate hash to Cuttlefish\u0027s ARF and implement\nsupport for new EAP-SIM and EAP-AKA tests.\n\nIt seems EAP-AKA was never implemented before this (but EAP-SIM was),\nwhich just left a wakelock waiting for a RIL response that never came.\n\nIn 2021, we\u0027ll be releasing an updated CTS UICC specification, and part\nof the change will be moving to a new signing certificate.
