Add a hal_camera_prop rule for the gmscore_app domain There seems to be some cuttlefish specific logic in gmscore for hal_camera_prop, that was causing new denials when the domain gmscore_app was defined. This change fixes that. Bug: 142672293 Test: Green builds, no more denials for hal_camera_prop Change-Id: I759cacb4f039333a27290b6e13e3a6a9b265139f
