  "message": "Remove per-cgroup CPU allowance for RT tasks\n\nSince we are removing CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED kernel config option, the\nCPU allowance for RT tasks is not controlled on per-cgroup bases anymore\nand instead is configured globally.
