Add multi-display support This adds an external physical display to CuttleFish, rendering to separate vnc session is not supported yet, but screencap/screenrecord works well, and should be good for some testing purpose. Bug: 139209467 Test: adb shell dumpsys display Test: confirms that existing single display with vnc/webrtc still works Change-Id: I1b13198718302eaeac02fe0624cb6744bedb4ad2
