Grant RECORD_AUDIO permission to Oslo
Oslo uses the Sound Trigger HAL to load and unload Oslo firmware running
on the Athletico. Oslo does not actually record audio. Recent changes
to the Sound Trigger HAL now require calling applications to hold theis
permission.
