Postpone enqueue of gyro otc update to avoid increasing latency Postpone enqueue of gyro otc update packet until all sensor fifo data is processed to avoid causing additional event latency. This CL reduces number of >7ms latency events from ~60 per 5min test session @ 200Hz gyro to less than 3 per 5min test session @ 200Hz gyro (tested with all nanoapp stopped).
