hostIntf: allow bias with raw 3-axis sensors If there are current raw samples in sensor->buffer, flush them. Adjust the sensType to the original (non-raw) sensor type, send out the bias, then restore sensType to the raw type. Bug: 29324422 Change-Id: I10d93a0acf25001d579c0e200625cebc4b6e60f8
