sensor: bmi160: periodic time sync should be gated by fifo status Accel will be turned on if any on change sensor is on, in which case we don't want the periodic time sync to be running. Periodic time sync should only be running when the fifo is active and generating continues data. Change-Id: I4f6c03c83b3f70e471bab0478127c9372fda8251
