audio: update audio table
Change list:

1. Update IIR setting in module in ID 61-66
2. Import new module CPIV2_GTW_SNS and add it in ID 61-66
3. Update handset TX parameters for DVT Bottom MIC design change.
[audio_policy_volumes]
1. accompany latest mps file and let volume curve linear.
Hardware Verification:
Confirm all scenario in ID 61-66 function are normal.
