audio: update mixer table

Change list:
1.Release 1st version of TI bin file/acdb/mixer
2.Set speaker gain in the mixer table
3.Disable waves in the acdb table
4.change cirrus config to tas config
5.add calibration config and tool

Test: build pass, playback normal
