Update TvSampleLeanbackLauncher prebuilt Rollup of changes: * Add resumeWhilePausing to Sample Leanback Launcher * Migrate SampleLeanbackLauncher to AndroidX * Fix a NPE from service connection lifecycle * Remove CATEGORY_LAUNCHER for TV sample launcher Remaining known issue: WiFi will always show <<unknown SSID>> instead of the real SSID if one is connected.
