Merge the TV Emulator with GSI and add AOSP emulator. Follow mobile, the aosp_xxxx.mk is for GSI image. It has GSI system and emulator vendor. The emulator target will use those GSI targets after this change. This change also replaces SDKSetup with TvProvision for TV and removes unused AOSP ATV emulators.
