change mini_mips ARCH_VARIANT to mips32-fp instead of default mips32r2-fp - As there is only one PDK release for mips, it should be the Least Common Denominator. Bug: 7294949 Change-Id: I109ce7f91cfda504e6b9b4ee14761a8185b0095a
