goldfish: enable -no-boot-anim It turns out vendor-init cannot read ro.kernel.android.bootanim property, so this cl does a translation of that property into vendor.qemu space. BUG: 109831748 Change-Id: I9b1b61d6a4ac8098a96ffbbb67699b2e502dc0ca
