Remove "GnssGrpcV1= on" from advancedFeatures.ini (userdebug)

In http://ag/16682760 android.hardware.gnss-service.example was
replaced with the previous android.hardware.gnss@2.0-service.ranchu.
This means we need to remove GnssGrpcV1=on from advancedFeatures.ini
otherwise location can't be set (location in the emu will not change).

Bug: 215142189
Test: Repro problem on local build (with GnssGrpc=on), remove the flag
and retest. Compare advancedFeatures.ini from local build vs from ab/.
