audio: Fix search location of audio.primary.goldfish_legacy.so

The following patch moved the location of these libraries to vendor partition:
    https://android-review.googlesource.com/#/c/471679/

This patch fixes goldfish audio initialization in case legacy support is used:

09-27 18:20:36.193    81   217 D audio_hw_generic: Emulator without host-side ALSA audio emulation detected.
09-27 18:20:36.194    81   217 E audio_hw_generic: Could not find legacy fallback module!?
