goldfish-opengl: nuke memoryTypeIndexMappingToHost, memoryTypeIndexMappingFromHost, hostMemoryProperties

Ever since a88a3107ef980 ("goldfish-opengl: nuke virtual heap"),
these properties just perform an identity guest <--> host mappings
and are no longer used.
