Add Wifi/BT config to Auto USB pass-through

Launch with simulated Wifi: emulator
Launch with USB Wifi: emulator -usb-passthrough vendorid=0x0846,productid=0x9053 -feature -Wifi -feature -VirtioWifi

Test: build and launch emulator with the commands above.
