More Brightness Adjustments - Remove 5-10 and 10-50 ranges because this seemed to trip a lot of brightness changes in dim lighting now that the PowerManager can adjusts the brightness without requiring a suspend/resume. - Replace those with a 5-100 range that is set to 25.
