bootloader: nakasi: subject bootloader version to 3.41. DO NOT MERGE
What's new in this release?
1. add new hw version, ER4, ER5 for TI PMIC sku
2. fix TI PMIC power off fail in BL stage
3. set eMMC Vcore to 3.0V in BL stage
4. shutdown the device immediately when remove usb cable
in off mode charging
