bootloader: nakasi: subject bootloader version to 3.34
What's new in this release?
1.set backlight level to 40
2.Revert a, b
a. Fix fastboot menu can't jump into normal kernel or recovery mode
[Issue 6580887] In fastboot mode, if we choose "START" or "RECOVERY MODE"
from menu without usb plug-in, booting fails
b. Fix backlight sometimes would not be turned off in charging mode
[NVbug 992085]
