yukawa: add TARGET_USE_TABLET_LAUNCHER build flag The regular UI shown for Yukawa is Android TV. For some boards, like Khadas VIM3 and Khadas VIM3L, we might want to have the default tablet launcher instead. Add TARGET_USE_TABLET_LAUNCHER to build with tablet launcher.
