Remove __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS. Other OSes don't need this, and current glibc doesn't need it either. All it's doing is causing hacks around the tree. Test: treehugger Change-Id: I33c18e8cc990ffa3c9a5048e38faf66c0386b76e
