Use install_symlink to add symlinks Using LOCAL_POST_INSTALL_CMD doesn't let the build system know that the symlinks exist, and breaks hermetic partition builds. Bug: 205632228 Test: m installclean && m with aosp/2773149 Change-Id: I3eddef663043a5de4eb60fb8bc82d0513aed55cb
