[lib][trusty] Do not return internal errors from SMC handlers All calls going into SMC_ENTITY_TRUSTED_OS MUST return SMC_XXX errors. There were cases where internal errors were returned instead. Change-Id: I555b7301cffe3c5125a4e24cc81432d5e66c5b23
