Remove superfluous adb remount command

The call to 'adb remount' is problematic in that it cannot
successfully remount partitions as readable on build with
verity checking enabled. Remounting is also slow, and and it
appears that there is a race caused by the serial remounting
of 3+ partitions and subsequent calls that utilize files
residing on those partitions, which intermitently throws EROFS.
