Fix for test_info decorator __name__ Tests that used the test_info decorator, or any variant of it were getting the name of the binding class used to make the decorator. The __name__ variable is now passed through. Test: Printed out func name at top level. Bug: 37484301 Change-Id: I16295c9a5965c63d42e21fc3b70eccf326013f1e
