Fix duplication of R class styleable platform attributes

Change normalises Android platform styleable attributes to the same prefix when reading RDef and R.txt files to allow for correct merging and deduplication when merging SymbolTables.

tools/base

This project contains:

  • Common libraries that are shared between any of the IDE (Android Studio), the build system (The Android Gradle Plugin) and SDK components that will be released from studio-main (e.g. the standalone SDK manager). This includes:
